Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Director, SSE Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture to lead our team of Consulting Systems Engineers in delivering innovative and robust security service edge (SSE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SSE technologies, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the architectural vision and strategy for our SSE offerings, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and customer needs.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Consulting Systems Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of SSE technologies, including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and emerging trends.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive SSE solutions that meet customer requirements, address security risks, and align with industry standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for SSE solutions, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their security needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into effective solutions.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to stay abreast of the latest advancements and solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a thought leader in the SSE space, speaking at industry events, publishing articles, and contributing to technical discussions.
     

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in network security or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of SSE technologies (ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP)
    • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Experience with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and risk management methodologies
    • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and integration

  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

USD Annual Salary: $228,500.00 - $553,000.00
