The hotel features 330 guest rooms, four dining outlets, a spacious pool deck, retail, and almost 36,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space along with expansive views of the ASU campus and the Tempe cityscape. Job Description:

Join the dynamic team at Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU, a vibrant and modern hotel in the heart of Downtown Tempe. This AAA Four Diamond-rated hotel boasts an array of culinary experiences, including Neighborhood Services, where we serve up honest food & drink in the American tradition. As a Bartender at Neighborhood Services, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experiences by crafting exceptional cocktails, engaging with our diverse clientele, and ensuring a memorable dining and drinking experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, with a focus on crafting high-quality craft cocktails.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Manage bar inventory and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide outstanding guest service.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and menu items.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong understanding of mixology.
  • Availability to work full time, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages.
