What the role looks like:

It’s an exciting role as you will work with new and existing business clients as they embed different solutions and tools into their business development strategy. Your customers will range across verticals and industries.

  • Host client meetings and use probing techniques to uncover their business needs.

  • Suggest the most appropriate services and tools to help the clients achieve their sales objectives and thus generate leads of interested partners.

  • Be a subject matter expert on the client’s advertising platform, features and available enhancements and thus their trusted advisor for business growth.

  • You will deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations and monitor active client campaigns.

  • Achieve specific targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call.

  • Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI, using customer management system (CRM).

  • This position is Hybrid (Wed - Thu office based) the rest is work from home.

  • The working hours for this role are Mon -Fri from 10:00 till 19:00.

Your profile:

  • Fluent level of German – written and spoken.

  • Fluent level of English – written and spoken.

  • Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.

  • Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.

  • Experience working with CRM or similar will be an advantage.
