We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager / Owner as we expand our Credit & Lending products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech industry, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of managing product profitability. As the P&L Owner, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and success of one of our Credit & Lending products, ensuring it meets customer needs and market demands.

What you will do:

Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion
Meet financial targets for the credit or lending product
Work closely with Product to test and refine innovations and improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Operations, to ensure success
Continuously monitor and analyze KPIs and financial metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions
Maintain expertise in the product’s field, including industry innovations and competitive landscape
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Deliver regular financial and strategic updates to executive leadership

What we want you to have:

At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in business line ownership, product management, financial services, or fintech
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and meeting financial targets, with a focus on P&L ownership
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Expertise in financial analysis and modeling

Base salary range: $225,000- $250,000 annually. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job-related reasons.
