Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Integration and ETL Specialist for a hybrid role based in Bedminster, NJ. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and bring consistent, proactive solutions to data integration and ETL operations. With expertise in LeanIX, multiple ETL tools, and strong scripting/SQL skills, the ideal candidate will confidently manage end-to-end data projects, consult on best practices, and contribute robust technical insights across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ETL processes and data integration, using in-depth knowledge to drive efficient data transformation.
  • Independently evaluate, recommend, and implement ETL tools suited to project needs.
  • Leverage LeanIX for tracking and managing integration architecture, dependencies, and workflows.
  • Write, troubleshoot, and optimize scripts and SQL queries to facilitate smooth data processes.
  • Identify, diagnose, and swiftly resolve ETL and data integration issues.
  • Take ownership of projects, managing from initiation through to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Engage stakeholders with strong consultation skills, aligning on goals and providing actionable insights.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience overall and recent Architectural experience.
  • Proven experience with LeanIX and ETL architectures.
  • Deep, hands-on ETL experience with various data transformation techniques.
  • Proficiency with multiple ETL tools, with ability to guide tool selection.
  • Advanced scripting/SQL skills for robust data management.
  • Strong debugging abilities for prompt issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and collaborative engagement.
  • Demonstrated self-management skills and an independent, self-starting work style.
  • Consistently strong project management skills to lead projects end-to-end.
  • Effective consultation and collaboration skills for impactful stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in data engineering or data architecture.
  • Experience in agile methodologies for project management.
