Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a systems transformation effort aimed at streamlining and aligning multiple processes systems in support of more efficient data reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating approximately 15 projects or workstreams, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks, negotiating with a variety of stakeholders, and confidently engaging with all levels within the organization to maintain project momentum.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 
Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
Change Management: Skilled in guiding organizations through change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Business Systems Transformations: Experience with implementing and managing transformations of business systems and processes.
Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to negotiate, influence, and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying potential roadblocks and skilled in developing effective solutions.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and coordinate multiple workstreams.
Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, financial tracking, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
Leadership Abilities: Confident in leading teams, facilitating collaboration, and motivating others to achieve common goals.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Learning & Development projects is a plus.
