Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform DevOps Security Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead and oversee our cloud-based projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure DevOps (VSTS) and AWS DevOps. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. They will play a crucial role in driving the success of our cloud initiatives, contributing to the company's growth including the creation of a new platform in cloud using terraform as Infrastructure as code with service layered on top of IAAS using best security methods to insure our cloud footprint meets the secure PCI/PHI/PII audits.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of cloud-based projects using Azure DevOps (VSTS) and AWS DevOps.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud development and deployment.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project teams.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Azure DevOps (VSTS) and AWS DevOps with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
