Job description

Role:- Data Migration SME
Location:- Remote

Job Description:-

Manages lot of coordination with Client Biomedical Research (BR).function line SMEs/resources, acquired company SMEs/stakeholders, seller resources (in case of Business Development & Licensing (Client&L) deals), etc.; strong in soft/people skills
Responsible for leading end-to-end data migration process – getting data from the source systems into Client staging, mapping the data, migrating to Client target systems based on dispositions, etc.
Responsible for coordinating/owning data migration projects across multiple deals simultaneously
Support BR business line functions and guide/hand hold them during data mapping activities
Own/author validation report summarizing the health of the migration (Note – He/she will not be doing technical migration per se since Client has dedicated teams (system/application-specific for e.g., SharePoint migration, P-line migration, Rhonda migration, etc.)
Work closely with data owners and support UAT efforts to test migration
Work closely with Client technical data migration teams
