Description

We are seeking a full-time Insurance Payment Poster with experience in Office Practicum to join the Trusted Doctors billing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both electronic and manual insurance payment posting. Trusted Doctors will provide remote onboarding and training. Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a Pediatric Primary Care Setting, specifically with insurance and patient payment posting.
  • Candidates must have a solid understanding of insurance payment posting within Office Practicum.
  • The ability to read and understand an explanation of benefits (EOB).
  • Experience handling denied claims and following up with insurance providers (working AR).
  • A HIPAA-compliant workspace is essential for communicating with patients and insurance companies.
  • Being bilingual is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • This is a full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
