The #1 personal development and peak performance strategy company in the world is looking for an experienced Content Development Producer to provide high-capacity leverage to our Creative team throughout all Tony Robbins events (live/digital), media and editorial outlets. 

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

This is a role for the true leaders – people who naturally operate from an ownership mentality and for people who love earning more responsibility gained through high level execution, communication, and efficiency.  

The person best suited for this role welcomes steep learning curves -  this role requires someone to dive in and dominate learning - become a student, soak up, ask questions. This role will require you to work well in an unstructured environment, and have the ability to anticipate and embrace change. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Creative Manager & Chief Development Officer.    

Responsibilities of this role require you to be:   

  • A high speed processor, someone who can be a part of fast, dynamic meetings, with a lot of changes, and knows how to synthesize and move those discussions into action and deliverables

REQUIREMENTS 

  • College degree (4-year Bachelor of Arts or Science) in the humanities; (ideally English, journalism, marketing, business or communications)  
  • Previous experience and tangible examples of content production for events, editorial or professional purposes 
  • 6+ years of post-college work experience in a similar field  
  • Experience writing/editing  
  • Experience researching/fact verification 
  • Experience with project management 
  • Previous experience working with InDesign, Adobe, etc. is a BIG plus, though, not required 
  • Strong knowledge of the Apple OSX and software, especially software like Keynote is a must
