Location: Remote - USA
As Revecore’s Director of Product Management, you will: Lead the product management function for Revecore’s Revenue Integrity solution, overseeing product strategy and roadmap development, product prioritization, identification of market opportunities, and execution of customer-driven product initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading a team who will be responsible for delivering on the company’s product strategy.
The Role:
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Provide regular updates on the progress toward established roadmap milestones.
- Lead, train and develop a team of product managers to drive consistent achievement of priorities.
- Ensure alignment of product investments with overall business strategy.
- Partner with operations, technology, sales, and marketing teams to identify potential product enhancement opportunities.
- Provide visibility into Investment Category distribution and ROI of product investments.
- Participate in customer product councils, soliciting feedback to inform roadmap decisions.
- Manage product intake and backlog prioritization processes.
- Participate in sprint planning and provide internal communications on the status of features in each sprint.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with 5+ years of product leadership
- Revenue cycle experience
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams productively to work through competing product priorities.
- Great presentation skills. The ability to tailor your message to your audience is a must.
- Agile development experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
