SUMMARY OF POSITION

PSIvet is a group member organization serving over 5,500 independent veterinary practices across the United States. We are dedicated to supporting our membership by providing products, programs, and services designed to drive better financial and clinical outcomes. We provide comprehensive, proprietary solutions, allowing our members to save on pharmaceuticals, animal health supplies and support services. We also offer staff training, professional development courses, and other business services.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Programs & Enablement Manager to develop and manage programs and promotions to generate demand and support growth of our partner and supplier offerings. This role will also be responsible for all sales and marketing enablement activities to support our success with our membership base by driving value and engagement.

This role will require strong communication and collaboration skills as you work with sales, vendors, technology, ecommerce, and other stakeholders. Lastly and most importantly, you are an exceptional marketer with a successful track record.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and manage structured partner programs and promotions to foster mutual growth and loyalty.
  • This role is crucial for ensuring the success of our sales and partner teams by providing the tools, resources, and support they need to effectively sell our membership benefits.
  • Build, manage and ensure a continuous flow of communication with our Member Advisory Board, providing regular insights and recommendations to enhance our value and benefits.
  • Accountable to partner with Sales, Operations and Supplier Relations to create, plan and execute educational events, training sessions, webinars and workshops for customers. Support onboarding programs for new partners, suppliers and sales hires to ensure rapid ramp-up and productivity.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Ensure all enablement materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's messaging and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with commercial goals and objectives. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain content, including sales playbooks, training materials, product collateral, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and maintain marketing project tracking and calendars for transparency and visibility cross-functionally. Ensure all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's messaging and brand standards.  
  • Ensure goals and objectives are strategically and tactically aligned to differentiate our membership offerings from the competition.
  • Helping marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer and enablement initiatives.
  • Develop a collaborative partnership with the Sales and Operations team. Create and support a shared vision for company growth between Sales, Marketing and Operations. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Must possess bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, MBA a plus.

Work

Experience 

  • 5+ years of Customer marketing experience (B2B/B2B2C a plus), program/promotion marketing or commercial enablement.
  • Experience working with membership and loyalty programs is a plus.

                                 

Technical Skills 

  • Program management experience with demonstrated ability to define, execute, and drive strategies.
  • Proven track record driving towards growth goals with set targets and timelines
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness, ROI and implement improvements
  • Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills; clear, concise, unambiguous, and structured.
  • Collaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate must showcase an ability to achieve results through collaboration and an ability to build informal/formal networks internally and externally to get things done.
  • Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Insatiable drive to make things better.

Certification 

  • No certification is generally required.

Travel 

  • Business travel required (up to 20% of time).

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive

$67,100.00 - $124,500.00
