Job description

CarepathRx is hiring a Collections/Billing Client Supervisor to join our Revenue Cycle (RC) Team. The Collections/Billing Client Supervisor, RC Billing, is responsible for supervising billing and billing performance on behalf of a partner.


Responsibilities

  • Managing and educating the partner on expectations related to billing and AR performance including holding partner meetings and handling partner issue resolution
  • Managing the billing and AR performance for the partner on a proactive basis:
  • Analyzes and reviews billing and AR trends to define inconsistencies and issues in the entire end to end process
  • Ensures all Revenue Cycle Management goals are met
  • Responsible for AR and denial management, including reporting, tracking, and resolution
  • Directly participates in resolution of billing and AR performance issues including:
  • Work collaboratively with Intake leadership within CarePathRx to ensure smooth claim progression and effective claims resolution within industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with partner’s pharmacy and liaison staff to ensure issue resolution impacting billing and effective claim resolution


Qualifications

  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a healthcare leadership role with demonstrated experience in a RC billing role with a high-volume infusion healthcare provider
  • Must have experience in a customer facing role
  • Expert understanding of billing government and commercial payors, including those particular for Wisconsin
  • Experience adjudicating traditional and specialty infusion claims is a must
  • Ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels of the organization by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
