Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Brand Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s online presence, driving audience engagement, and fostering growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and techniques to optimize content and reach our target audience effectively.
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
Identify emerging trends and shifts in social media algorithms, utilizing these insights to inform content creation and posting strategies.
Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the development of engaging and relevant content tailored to various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google, and other platforms ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies, including what, when, and how to post.
Brand Growth and Segmentation:
Create and execute targeted campaigns to grow social media accounts, employing segmentation techniques to reach diverse audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design initiatives that cultivate brand loyalty and increase market presence.
Team Leadership and Delegation:
Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Collaboration:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred or -
5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a track record of building successful brand identities.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Experience with data analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of branding and marketing principles.

As part of the SOULCHI team, you'll take part in our equity-based compensation model, aligning your success with the success of our business. After much research we have found the fairest equity model for a startup. We use the Slicing Pie model. First phase is equity-based only, which we are currently in. Equity calculations move dynamically based on your fair market rate and actual number of hours worked. In the second phase, which happens at the break-even point, the equity freezes at each member's current earned percentage and compensation switches to salary + benefits. Your equity percentage gets paid out annually as part of the profit sharing. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to own a piece of the future.
