For this role, we’re looking for a leader with deep expertise in leading social media agency of record assignments in the health industry. The candidate for this role is a strategic thinker and master client leader with a proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms for pharmaceutical, biotech, nonprofit and government clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as day-to-day lead on one of our marque social media agency of record clients, overseeing an integrated team and ensuring delivery of highly sophisticated, impactful work
- Build strong and enduring client relationships, earning their trust as their day-to-day counselor and demonstrating an understanding of their business that rivals their own
- Drive continuous evolution of the work to reflect trends in the broader landscape and respond to changing client needs
- Inspire clients to think bigger, expanding the kind of work we do with them to achieve more creative, modern and integrated programs
- Serve as a trusted leader at M Booth Health, contributing thoughtful insights around social and digital best practices, emerging platforms, new formats and more to both clients and internal teams
- Participate in new business efforts, in collaboration with Senior Leadership Team, to attract incredible client partners
Your Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in social media communications with deep experience in executing social media campaigns for pharmaceutical/biotech clients
- Command of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment is required
- Mastery of best practices across all social media and digital platforms and ability to translate knowledge into firm POVs on landscape and trends
- Proficiency in paid social strategy and measurement
- Experience leading large-scale client relationships and overseeing integrated and multidisciplinary teams
- Superb management skills and capacity to motivate and inspire staff and colleagues
- Experience with account and agency financial management
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to grow existing accounts and pursue leads for new ones
- A consistent and steadfast commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and ability to play a deliberate and actionable leadership role in supporting our DE&I programming

- Salary: $136,000-185,000.
Current and prospective employees are paid within our bands with consideration to a range of factors including but not limited to background, experience, skillset and market demands.
