Du hast Lust an der Schnittstelle Mensch-Maschine zu arbeiten und unser Human Capital Management System Workday an die sich stetig ändernde Arbeitswelt anzupassen?

Was erwartet dich bei uns?

  • Mit deiner Kreativität erstellst du anschauliche Trainingsmaterialien für Nutzer (z.B. Erklär-Videos und Unterlagen), interne Blogbeiträge und kannst bei der Gestaltung und Administration von Inhalten im Intranet aktiv mitwirken.

  • Du testest neue Funktionen und bringst selbstständig eigene Ideen ein.

  • Du hilfst dabei, dass alle 4flower, Workday HCM entsprechend ihrer Bedürfnisse optimal nutzen können und stehst dabei im engen Austausch mit allen HR-Teams unserer internationalen Standorte.

 

Darum passt du zu uns:

  • Du studierst Vollzeit in einem relevanten Bereich (Human Factors, Psychologie, BWL, IT,..) und hast Lust uns 15-20h die Woche zu unterstützen.

  • Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich User Experience sammeln und hast Lust dich in Softwaresysteme einzufuchsen.

  • Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse wendest du gern tagtäglich an und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
