The Role

We’re looking for a UK-qualified lawyer to join our Legal & Compliance team in London. You’ll report into our General Counsel and collaborate closely with teams across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, want to take on a varied role and are excited at the prospect of working at the intersection of frontier technology, finance, law and regulation.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Providing practical, business focussed, legal advice on a wide range of issues.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer and supplier contracts.
• Supporting our People team on employment related matters.
• Dealing with disputes or litigation. 
• Engaging and managing external counsel.
• Contributing to the further development of the Legal & Compliance team.

Profile

We have in mind candidates with the following profile:

• UK qualified solicitor with some understanding of financial services.
• Ability to draft well, with some negotiating experience. 
• Strong communicator, able to bring clarity to complex topics.
• Organised, structured approach to projects and problem-solving.
• Pro-active, results-oriented and adaptable.
