Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a Support Analyst to join our team.

Location: Remote, Portugal.

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
• Min. 5 years of experience as Support Analyst; 
• Experience in L3 Support (diagnose and resolve technical incidents;
• Experience maintaining documentation (Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain);
• Experience contributing to the implementation of change requests;
• Experience participating in problem analysis/root cause reviews;
• Experience supporting technical management and roadmap planning;
• Technical skills required: Windows, Apache, Oracle, JBoss, MySQL, Linux, Tomcat, SQL Server, Networking (advanced knowledge); Cybersecurity (Basic knowledge);
• Flexibility and Proactivity;
• Attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
