Who You Are
You are an experienced Privacy Program Manager passionate about safeguarding privacy. In this full-time role, you’ll drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of our privacy framework, ensuring our compliance with global privacy regulations across the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrivacy Program Management: Design and oversee implementation of the company's privacy program, including policies, procedures, and controlsConduct periodic privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessmentsMonitor and assess privacy risks across product development and business operationsDevelop and maintain data inventory and data flow mappingEstablish privacy-by-design frameworks for product development Lead ISO27701 certification and maintenanceCompliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Review and update privacy notices, consent mechanisms, and data processing agreementsManage data subject access requests and privacy-related inquiriesCoordinate with legal counsel on privacy-related mattersCoordinate with InfoSec and Legal to address responses for privacy-related eventsTraining & Advisory: Develop and deliver privacy awareness trainingsProvide strategic privacy guidance to leadership teamAdvise product and engineering teams on privacy-preserving design and controlsPartner with security team to align privacy and security controlsRequired Qualification3+ years of experience in privacy roles, ideally within SaaS or technology companiesExtensive knowledge of global privacy regulations and frameworksProven experience in implementing privacy programs in growing, global organizationsOneTrust experience, knowledge, and certificationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTeam player with a self-starter attitudePreferred IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM)Background in legal or information security is preferredStrong understanding of software technology and cloud architectureExperience with privacy-enhancing technologiesKnowledge of ISO 27701 and the NIST Privacy FrameworkGeneral familiarity with FedRAMP process and compliance requirements is preferredDon’t meet every single requirement?
