Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator - Paid Social to join our team. In this role, you'll be managing organic social media content and influencer campaigns to drive brand engagement and growth. This position requires close collaboration with the creative team and active participation in content planning, execution, and community interaction to support brand objectives.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

The Role:

  • Support the creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
  • Coordinate with the in-house design team for creatives and copy
  • Post organic content on social platforms; client to provide copy and creative
  • Engage in community management within a client-provided framework
  • Track data and project statuses using GSheets, Excel, or a project management tool
  • Influencer/Affiliate Marketing:
    • Build lists of qualified influencers based on client criteria (followers, engagement, brand alignment)
    • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and report on metrics (outreach, response rate)
    • Handle outreach administration and data entry tasks
    • Perform quality control to ensure campaign content aligns with brand guidelines
    • Monitor competitor posts and suggest content ideas

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in organic social management for Meta and TikTok
  • 1+ years of experience with social management platforms such as Hootsuite
  • 1+ years of experience in executing influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of multiple social ad platforms
  • Ability to work MST/PST hours
