What We’re Looking For:
The Supports Intensity Scale™ (SIS) Interviewer is responsible for scheduling, completing and the administration of the Supports Intensity Scale, to include scoring the assessment, preparing a summary report and completion of other related reports. In addition, the SIS Interviewer may conduct other clinical assessments/evaluations as requested.
On a typical day, you might:
• Schedule and administer the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) assessments.
• Develop a written report of the results of completed assessments.
• Collaborate with other members of the SIS team.
• Assist with education and training.

Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of post-degree progressive experience providing similar services to individuals with Intellectual and/or other Developmental Disabilities;
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
License/Certification: Must be certified to administer the SIS, which may be attained after commencing employment with Trillium.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
