THE OPPORTUNITY:

4 month contract working remote from Jan - April 2025 (full-time)

The Data Product Team at Pelmorex is dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions such as Pelmorex Foot Traffic Attribution, Pelmorex Segments, and Pelmorex Landscape - built on top of our proprietary data. We harness the power of data to deliver actionable insights and drive business decisions for our clients. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in an agile software development environment. You will understand user behaviors and metrics to help power better business decisions, be involved in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and collaborate closely with marketers, sales leaders, data scientists, developers, and designers.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE:
  • Execute the product roadmap; collaborate closely with software developers, product designers, and product managers to develop features and enhancements.
  • Draft and refine product specifications through input from team members.
  • Gather user feedback and make recommendations on improvements and bug fixes.
  • Analyze user data and make recommendations to drive engagement and growth.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on new product trends and industry best practices as well as conduct competitive market analysis.
  • Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies such as story refinement, sprint planning and reviews.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between various teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with tech teams and sales operations to address product issues, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication on timelines and progress updates.

    • ABOUT YOU:
  • You have an interest in data products and a desire to learn about user needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and problem-solve for the users.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders.
  • You work best in a team environment and enjoy collaborating with other people.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software is a plus.
