Job description

Job Summary:
The QA Engineer will support the testing of both manual and automated processes within our client's core system and custom integrations. This role focuses on testing Jack Henry's Bano banking system integrations and custom applications to ensure quality standards and operational continuity post-acquisition.

Title: QA Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (Candidate must be local to Mexico)
Duration: 6 – 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct manual testing on core and custom banking systems.
Support limited automation testing using tools like Selenium.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to establish quality benchmarks.
Document test cases, scenarios, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Contribute to process improvements within the QA framework.

Requirements:

3-5 years of QA experience in financial institutions, with a preference for credit union knowledge.
Strong manual testing skills, with basic exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
Familiarity with the Jack Henry Bano banking system or similar financial software.
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
