Internal Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensure the adequate planning of activities of the members of his team and of his own for the fulfillment on time and form of deliverables to the clients.
  • Review, supervise and control, the adequate record of the time invested by the members of your team in carrying out activities within the system designed for this purpose by TMF.
  • Promote the positioning of TMF in the market.
  • Search and participate in sales opportunities for new services or for new clients.
  • Work closely with other internal TMF Group teams.
  • Carry out the filling of the control of KPIs of the clients under his charge.
  • Ensure the processes required for ISAE and ISO certification.

External Roles And Responsibilities

  • Carry out advance planning of activities of the clients under his responsibility.
  • Review the calculation of the payroll of each of the assigned clients, according to client policies, legal guidelines and within the established times. Send the information to the client in a timely manner.
  • Review the calculation of taxes for each of the assigned clients, according to legal guidelines and within the established times.
  • Review the payroll reports agreed with the client, making sure that they reflect the result of the calculations carried out correctly and send them to the client in a timely manner.
  • Give attention to customer questions and provide information about our services.
  • Know the scope of the service contract of each client under your responsibility.

Job Profile Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of similar experience.
  • English: Full professional proficiency.
  • Software: Excellent command of MS Excel. Experience in managing payroll ERP.
  • Skills: Leadership, proactivity, initiative and attention to detail. Being an organized person and adhering to rules, to comply and create processes that guarantee consistency, coherence and precision in the information prepared. Can identify and anticipate errors in relation to their activities and those of the team under their responsibility
