Buscamos un desarrollador Líder Técnico de Android motivado y comprometido, con interés transmitir su aprendizaje constante y que ame el trabajo en equipo en un ambiente ágil.
En esta posición liderarás profesionales de primer nivel en el desarrollo de proyectos para importantes empresas en la región, los que desafiarán y potenciarán tus habilidades. Llevarás a cabo soluciones para diferentes tipologías de proyectos digitales, dependiendo del requerimiento de nuestros clientes. Serás parte de un equipo que trabajará, de manera flexible, en transformación digital con habilidades de clase mundial, estando en la punta del conocimiento de la experiencia de usuario.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar en conjunto con diseñadores y desarrolladores, asegurando la entrega de valor incremental y continua:
- Creando soluciones nativas e innovadoras a lo largo del proceso de diseño
- Traduciendo el diseño de interfaz de App o web a código aplicando buenas prácticas
- Creando estrategias activamente en el desarrollo sistemático de soluciones
- Documentando funcionalidades y especificaciones técnicas del software a implementar / implementadas
- Garantizar calidad y estándar de seguridad
Habilidades y experiencias
- Conocimiento del lenguaje de desarrollo Mobile y web (Kotlin, Angular, Ionic, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React, )
-Experiencia en el diseño y aplicación de arquitecturas escalables como MVVM, MVP, y Clean Architecture.
-Experiencia liderando equipos con enfoque técnico.
- Experiencia en desarrollo con Kotlin y Java.
- Experiencia de 3 años como Líder técnico.
- Dependency injection
- Conocimiento de test unitarios, al menos en la capa de dominio
- Experiencia con manejo de repositorios (GITHUB)
- Manejo básico de control de versiones y ramas
- Manejo sólido de bases de datos (MySQL , MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Conocimientos de Back end (Java)
