We are looking for a Mid-Senior Java Developer in Colombia to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and APIs.
- Design and implement microservices architecture.
- Utilize Docker and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
- Work with NoSQL or document-based databases as well as relational databases.
- Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure high-quality software.
- Use messaging systems to ensure reliable communication between services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure the proper functioning of the product.
- Participate in agile methodologies within the team to enhance productivity and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, Docker, and DevOps.
- Experience with NoSQL or document-based databases.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing.
- Understanding of messaging systems.
- Proven experience working in agile teams.
- Advanced English communication skills.
