Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Project Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and schedules. Help in setting realistic goals, identifying resources, and establishing clear deliverables.
  • Track and Monitor Progress: Oversee project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Update project documentation and regularly communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate Meetings and Communication: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions and action items, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Manage Documentation: Maintain project documents, files, and records. Ensure that all necessary documentation is current, organized, and accessible to the team.
  • Handle Project Resources: Assist in resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring team members are available when needed and tracking any changes in resource requirements.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, communicate these to the project manager, and support mitigation efforts as needed.
  • Support Budget Management: Assist in tracking project expenses and budgets, making sure that expenditures align with project goals and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the requirements set by stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project coordinator, project management, or similar role. Experience in [industry or field, e.g., technology, construction] is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Trello)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
