Purpose and Contribution to the Company Strategy

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company's products by leading go-to-market strategies and crafting compelling messaging for the value propositions.


This role focuses on bringing new products to market and optimizing the messaging for existing products to maximize new business creation.


The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, commercial, marketing teams to develop and execute go to market plans, ensuring that the right messaging resonates with the target audience and supports business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including target audience identification, competitive positioning, and launch timing.
  • Work closely with product management to understand product roadmaps and ensure alignment of messaging with product features and benefits. Partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure product positioning is effectively communicated across all channels.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that clearly articulate the product’s unique selling points, differentiators, and benefits to the target market.
  • Plan and manage product launches, coordinating efforts across different teams (product, sales, marketing) to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and collateral that help the sales team communicate product benefits and effectively engage with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to optimise product campaigns and results and understand the overall effectiveness of product communications
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the messaging for current products, ensuring that it stays relevant, competitive, and resonates with the target audience to drive new business creation.
  • Measure the success of go-to-market efforts and product positioning by tracking key performance metrics such as customer acquisition, market share growth, and sales performance.

Qualification Criteria

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing ideally within a SaaS company or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product launch best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving tangible outcomes and delivering measurable business impact.
