Lead Generation Specialist with Apollo Experience (ZR_17789_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
  
• Work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (20 hours total)
  
• Available between 6 AM to 10 AM Henderson, NV Time
  
• Contribute to the company’s growth strategy through effective lead generation
  
• Adapt to new tools and technologies as the company evolves
  

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Seamless AI to extract leads and contact information
  
• Verify leads using the “1,000,000 verifier” system
  
• create lead lists from conferences and Linkedin using webscrapers and other tools
  
• Input verified leads into Zoho campaigns
  
• Set up and run campaigns in Zoho
  
• Run cleaning and editing of duplicated fields in Zoho CRM
  
• Do sales outreach in Linkedin Sales Navigator and Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns (Emails & Chat)
  
• Support data labeling and data downloading for AI data training
  
• Creating SVGs and minor PPT work for blog postings
  
• Other marketing/sales and/or administrative duties as assigned
  
• Participate in weekly team meetings (2 hours) to ensure alignment with company marketing goals
  
• Generate and manage sales leads through various methods including conference data extraction and web scraping
  
• Collaborate with a global team to refine lead generation strategies
  

Requirements:

• Experience with marketing campaign tools and CRM systems
  
• Familiarity with platforms similar to Apollo
  
• Knowledge of conference data extraction and web scraping techniques
  
• Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI or Perplexity
  
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills
  
• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
