Your mission

As a Solution Manager Benelux, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers in the Benelux region with all technical pre-sales activities. You'll have the opportunity to lead engaging face-to-face and online customer training sessions, offer expert advice on the best GoodWe solutions, and proudly represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events.


A typical day in this role involves building strong connections with our key distribution and EPC partners through trainings and presentations, while also collaborating closely with our dynamic sales, marketing, and product management teams. It's a role where no two days are the same, and your expertise will help shape the future of energy solutions in the region!

Your main responsibilities


  • Support & Manage Pre-Sales Activities: Be the go-to expert for all technical pre-sales activities in the Benelux region, ensuring smooth customer interactions and solution delivery.
  • Build Customer Trust: Strengthen relationships and increase customer confidence in GoodWe’s solutions by offering expert guidance and personalized support.
  • Promote GoodWe Products: Drive demand for GoodWe products by promoting them to installers and fostering strong connections with distributors.
  • Ensure Market Presence: Keep GoodWe close to the market by organizing impactful customer training sessions and distributor events.
  • Understand Market Needs: Gain a deep understanding of the market's requirements for PV and energy storage systems, including product specs, system design, certifications, and more.
  • Collaborate with Product Management & R&D: Relay valuable market insights to our product management and R&D teams, ensuring GoodWe stays ahead of the competition and continuously innovates.


Your Profile


  • Technical Background: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Customer-Focused Experience: Previous work experience in technical support, especially involving direct customer interaction, is a strong plus.
  • Language Skills: Business fluency in both Dutch and English are a MUST.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or the utility industry is advantageous.
  • Passion for Renewables: A genuine enthusiasm for growth and renewable energy solutions and the ability to learn quickly about new technologies.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear terms in front of an audience of up to about 20 people.
  • Analytical Thinker: You possess a sharp, problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel for customer visits, trainings, and events - mainly in the Benelux area.
