Job description

Training and Educational Experience Coordinator provides dedicated support to teammates (both full time and seasonal) who are working to deliver amazing experiences for our students. Specifically, this position will assist the larger Academics and Product Delivery training needs in the individual student travel business units and on programs. Ability to provide remote support during training events on occasional nights and weekends is required. This position may provide some travel and overtime opportunities.

This Position Serves As Support For

  • Training and training-related materials
  • Ongoing maintenance of learning management system (LMS) and instructional design software
  • Creation and revision of virtual modules through programs such as Articulate 360
  • Remote and virtual event management

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the support of training curriculum, and event management in accordance with the training objectives
  • Create and coordinate event schedule organization and logistics
  • Oversee training facilitator tracking
  • Analyze training performance using facilitator and attendee assessment data
  • Support system admin requirements for LMS functionality
  • Update and support online training modules
  • Team email management and communication
  • Order training materials and handbooks
  • Additional creative and administrative tasks as requested

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal; attentive proofing and editing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools:
    • Experience with Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint development and design
  • Experience managing virtual meeting platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working within creative design platforms to generate visually informative and attractive documents and newsletters
  • Openness to learning new skills, platforms, and organization structures.
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to respond to internal and external client requests in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • The ability to analyze and solve problems at both a strategic and functional level
  • Acute attention to detail as demonstrated through organization, documentation, effective time management, and prompt follow-up
  • Flexibility between collaborative teamwork and independent self-pacing
  • Ability to remain focused and self-motivated
  • A team-first mentality, supporting open communication, a positive attitude and a positive team culture
