Our EMEA Talent Attraction team, which you would become part of, is a distributed team with colleagues from different countries in Europe, sourcing and recruiting for various parts of our company. 


 

What would be your challenge?

  • Sourcing! You would cooperate with Talent Advisors in EMEA and USA/LATAM region using active sourcing in LinkedIn and other available platforms to bring more candidates to the position’s pipeline. 

  • Teamwork. Our sourcing team helps each other whenever needed, we cooperate, support each other, advise and brainstorm. We learn and grow together. 

  • Creativity. We never get an easy position to work on. We are constantly looking for more options and better ways to find the right person for the job.

  • Self-discipline. You plan your day, your weekly tasks and execute. You have to communicate well and report the current status. But you will as well receive trust and flexibility.

What do you bring to the team?

  • Persistence. You don’t give up when things are not easy or going your way. 

  • Collaboration. Our purpose is to find new employees to our company. We have individual goals, but at the end, what matters is that we have been able to fill the role. 

  • Experience. This position is challenging, that is why we prefer candidates with at least 1,5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.

  • International mindset. You speak English and preferably other languages and you enjoy working in a diverse environment. As you would be responsible for the EMEA and the USA/LATAM market, you have to bring some time flexibility to be able to talk to your colleagues based in the USA or Brazil.
