The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

100% remote - anywhere in the U.S.
Performs a variety of routine and non-routine analysis functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable accounts receivable, or other financial departments.
Responsible for reconciliations of internal accounting data systems research and resolves variances as needed.
Actively pursues process improvements and identifies what success looks like to the customer.
On-going partnerships with customers to continuously improve service levels and to ensure needs are met.
Research and resolve discrepancies on general ledger accounts related to area of responsibility.
Provide input to the management team and propose recommendations to maximize production efficiencies by assisting with the implementation of standards and streamlining processes.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

Strong computer skills including all applications in Microsoft Office.
Experience facilitating meetings with high-level cross-functional teams.
Experience with mainframe systems, Oracle preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically requires 4- 7 years of related experience.

Pay Rate Range: $31.20 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
