Frontend Tech/Team Lead

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
 

• Creating New Functionality: designing and developing new features that enhance user experiences and improve payment processing systems
• Bug Fixing & Optimization: identifying and resolving bugs, while optimizing the performance and scalability of existing applications
• Refactoring: continuously refactoring code to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Code Reviews: Leading and participating in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and best practices
• Architectural Planning: collaborating with cross-functional teams to design the architecture of new applications, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Cross-Team Collaboration: working closely with the backend team to define and implement application contracts and integration points.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
 

• At least.2+ years of experience with TypeScript: strong expertise in TypeScript, ensuring robust and efficient code
• At least 2+ years of experience with React (version 16.8 or higher): practical experience in building dynamic user interfaces with React
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD: knowledge of containerization and continuous integration/deployment processes
• Pipeline Configuration in GitLab: proficiency in configuring CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Front-End Observability: understanding of monitoring front-end performance, error tracking, and overall system observability
• HTML/CSS Skills: expertise in crafting responsive, well-structured layouts with HTML and CSS.
• Adherence to Coding Standards: ability to maintain high-quality code that adheres to established project coding standards
• Good knowledge of English and Russian language. 

• Backend Knowledge: familiarity with backend technologies such as Go or Python to understand full-stack development and application design
• Architectural Knowledge: strong background in system architecture, with experience designing scalable and maintainable applications
• Experience with Ant Design design system
• Experience with D3.js
• Experience with Vite
• Experience with ESLint
