Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.
  • Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business (develop & Managing Dealer & Chanel).
  • Work closely with the country leadership team to including R&D and Marketing to develop implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
  • Lead, coach and monitor sales team in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
  • Ensure all sales activities complied with related internal and external policy, regulations and core value.
  • Serve as "point person" with all customers and ability to handle day to day issues i.e. shipping, allocations, and inventory management on all products in the district.

Qualifications

  • Above 10 year experience in business agriculture (Sales & Marketing) 10 year.
  • Bachelor degree from Agriculture or related major.
