As an
Account Manager II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective account management of our industrial clients. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key customers will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing exceptional service and facilitating to your customers, you will foster loyalty and drive revenue success for the company.
This role will cover East Texas, primarily focusing on Houston and Beaumont.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with control system engineers to understand their challenges around the DCS/SIS and position cyber secure solutions to drive operational reliability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their business needs and provide innovative solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 80k-115k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 80k-115k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
