Be the front-line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP). This is a #remote role but will require travel in North America.
The annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.

We are currently searching for candidates for a future Sr Sales Representative with Honeywell.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Order, Revenue and Margin AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for Marine Business in AMER Grow win rate & market share new builds, drive price premium working with shipowners/own owner benefit document/value proposition
- Work closely with sales, Operations and leadership to establish strategies, drive results and improve customer relationship, as measured by retained customers, new customers, order value growth metrics
- Responsible for guiding order management team on creating compelling/competitive quotations to increase chance of winning at both shipyard and at ship owners
- Gain technical expertise on the marine portfolio to establish credibility with stake internal and external stake holders - Primary focus Portables Marine
- Driving innovation on offerings and products through deep understanding of market, product insights and competition
- Support Marketing to help bring effective vale propositions, compelling arguments to position Honeywell Marine offerings v/s competition
- Business development activities (such as interacting with shipowner, shipyard engagement, etc ).
- Strong MOS (Management Operating System) with channel partners to drive YOY performance at the region and customer level
- Travel 50%
Must Have
- 5+ years experience in similar role in Marine industry.
- Strong knowledge of Marine tank gauging/instrumentation market with business management mindset
