What you will do:
As a Lead Analyst in Reporting Solutions, you will play a crucial role in Stryker's Transformation Strategies business. Supporting Stryker's offense in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology markets, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Flex Financial, and Customer Solutions Operations to deliver post-deal services and support to customers through periodic business reviews. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, compiling, analyzing, and delivering customer business reviews for multi-divisional long-term sales agreements.
- Plan, coordinate, compile, and deliver periodic customer business reviews.
- Collaborate with partner functions within Customer Solutions for divisional data aggregation and analyze for accuracy.
- Root cause issues identified and recommend mitigation strategies to prevent future errors.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers to determine the nature and timing of reporting to customers.
- Collaborate with post sale support functions on customer requirements and ad hoc requests.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of geographically dispersed customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, and a high level of customer service.
- Drive operational excellence through capacity planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and timely and accurate deliverables.
- Contribute to a transparent and ethical team environment, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Support special projects as needed.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of professional experience required.
- Demonstrated analytical and effective decision-making abilities.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to new situations and challenges.
- Strong ability to work independently within defined deadlines and manage multiple commitments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP & Model N.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
