At BforeAI, we’re leading the charge in predictive cybersecurity solutions. As our Technical Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, transforming user feedback into actionable insights and guiding the development of features that make our products exceptional. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our platform’s quality, functionality, and user satisfaction by connecting the dots between UX/UI and development and aligning every new feature with our technical roadmap.

📣 What you’ll be doing

Feedback Loop Management

• Lead the systematic review and prioritization of user feedback, bugs, and feature requests to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with users and internal stakeholders to clarify needs, validate issues, and identify trends that shape product enhancements.
• Keep customer support and product marketing updated on high-priority issues and upcoming enhancements, creating a transparent feedback cycle.

Feature & Enhancement Evaluation

• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure proposed designs are technically feasible and fit with our roadmap.
• Conduct detailed feasibility assessments for new features, considering scalability, maintainability, and alignment with our technical standards.
• Work closely with development teams to validate requirements, estimate timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Document clear, actionable requirements for each feature, ensuring a seamless hand-off to development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between UX/UI and development, ensuring that our Technology organization has the insights and alignment needed for success.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by bringing insights from feedback and technical assessments, guiding product decisions that align with strategic goals.
• Foster collaboration across product, design, and development teams, supporting a streamlined product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Quality Assurance Support

• Partner with QA to prioritize high-impact bugs for testing and validate resolved issues, enhancing overall product quality.
• Participate in release reviews and testing sessions to ensure each release meets our high standards before it reaches users.

💥 You’ll be a great fit if

• You have proven experience in technical product management within a SaaS or software development environment.
• You have deep familiarity with software development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum), with experience assessing technical feasibility.
• You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for UX/UI and development teams.
• You are proficient in data analysis and feedback prioritization, adept at handling high volumes of user input systematically.
• You have demonstrated success in cross-functional roles, effectively aligning technical and design objectives.
• You understand UI/UX design principles and practices.
• You are proficient with product management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• You have exposure to SaaS security best practices.
