Responsibilities

Design and implement distributed data processing pipelines using Apache Beam framework using Java and other tools and languages. Ability to design and implement end to end solution
Design and develop microservices and deploy using various approved patterns.
Design and publish RESTful API's to enable real-time data consumption using OpenAPI specifications
Build object oriented patterns and frameworks to better enable data flow patterns.
Work with architecture/engineering leads and other teams to ensure quality solutions are implemented and engineering best practices are defined and adhered to.
Define & implement optimal service deployment patterns
Define & Automate dev, build and deployment process
Follow Agile methodologies and Devops process through out the software lifecycle
Develop tools and services useful in DevOps environments such as automated deployment/configuration, continuous integration/build servers, performance monitoring, security monitoring and cloud resource creation scripts.
Develop strong technical foundation in enabling agile build, release and environment management.
Study and implement new tools for increased productivity, security, reliability and performance
Help in implementation of container based deployment strategies & micro services deployment patterns
