What will you do?

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, etc.) to align with business requirements.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Lead Workday implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specified requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues, providing support to end-users and ensuring smooth system functionality.
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and create dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and document functional requirements, test cases, and system configurations.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance system adoption and utilization.
  • Keep up-to-date with Workday releases and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve system efficiency.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and other relevant modules, with certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management and a track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Workday certification(s) in specific modules (e.g., Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits).
  • Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and data management.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR and payroll functions.
