Job description

We’re looking for an organized, driven coordinator to help manage and deliver top-tier events like gala dinners, trade shows, conferences, roundtables, and awards programs - all from the comfort of your home.


The role involves:

  • Coordinating a variety of conferences and awards programs across North America and UK regions.
  • Managing nomination and marketing campaigns for awards nights.
  • Planning and organizing conferences, trade shows, round tables, and awards nights.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, finalists, and management.
  • Working closely with a dedicated and motivated team.


This is a night shift role, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am (Philippine time).


Key Skills:

  • Event Management: Proven experience managing corporate events and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Organizational & Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Multitasking & Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professionalism & Stakeholder Management: Professional and enthusiastic, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships and exceeding expectations.
