About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Intern to support our Workforce Assessment Administrators and Advisors. In this role, you’ll assist with providing world-class HR operational and transactional services to the WFA Team, ensuring efficient management of our workforce assessment processes.

Activities And Responsibilities

1, Service Delivery:

  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of core HR Shared Services Center (SSC) support, maintaining alignment with established policies, procedures, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Case Management:
  • Log and track queries in ServiceNow (SNow), ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end case management process, following all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Respond to employee inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), HR Business Partners, Country HR representatives, Employees, and Line Managers to resolve cases:
  • Provide and request updates on case status as needed.
  • Gather missing information necessary for case processing.
  • Identify best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with third-party service administrators as required.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on the status of open cases.
  • Follow the established escalation and support process, escalating complex queries to SMEs or the Tier 2 Specialist team for resolution.
  • Adhere to Data Privacy regulations, including the prompt reporting of any data privacy breaches.

Internship Program Overview

This is a three-month internship program with the possibility of extension for up to six months. The schedule will be full-time hours (40 hours per week), with shifts that may vary but generally fall between Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You will be paid 75% of the national minimum wage for the duration of your internship. Technology and equipment will be provided, and the position is fully remote. The target start date is on January 2025. The main office is located at Sheridan St, corner United St, Mandaluyong, 1554 Metro Manila.
