Empower our customer facing teams and leaders with data-based strategies and insights that drives customer value and business expansion. Oversees the work of individual contributor business analysts and act as a strategic analyst for some projects themselves.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize business knowledge to design, plan and execute innovative analytics and technology solutions, create and influence recommendations that drive customer value and empower our teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners across the organization, such as Customer Success, Sales, Sales Ops, Services, Marketing, Supply Chain to balance people-process-technology improvement and ensure business impact.
  • Lead a team of technical resources and collaborate with other teams, to build best in class CS Analytics and Ops capabilities. Drive optimization of delivery, efficiency, effectiveness, validation and quality of deliveries.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills on strategic, business and technical levels. Proactive, finds a path forward in situations that are not clear to others, leading team members and influence stakeholders to an optimal solution.
  • Uses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety of the most complex problems to review directly with business stakeholders
  • Identifies and interprets trends and patterns, through analyst level staff and management level employees if applicable, in datasets to locate influences
  • Intimately understands system relationships and data flow. Uses industry best practices for data management
  • May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility
  • Coaches analysts and management level employees if applicable in data governance, report design and analysis, and data presentation as well as in technical and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of analytics experience including minimum 2 years as team supervisor / manager
  • Hands on ability to perform advanced analytics on cloud info-structure, using methods like SQL, DAX etc.
  • Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
  • Expert in data modeling, can design and lead vision. Working knowledge of how architecture and functionality impact business.
  • Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations
  • Experience presenting to Director/Executive and above audiences
  • Experience leading a team to successful business outcomes through strong talent and performance management practices. Formal management training preferred
