Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruitment Manager with a passion for AI/ML and data science to lead our Instructor Hiring team. You will oversee a team of in-house recruiters, freelancers, and TA consultants, ensuring we attract and onboard top-tier tech talent from leading US companies to join our platform as mentors. You will drive our community's growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and Manage Team: Oversee a team of in-house recruiters, freelancers, and TA consultants, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Hunt for Talent: Leverage your 5-8 years of tech recruitment experience to source and engage elite candidates from tier-1 tech firms.
  • Sell the Dream: Use your stellar communication skills to attract and persuade top professionals to become mentors with us.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Tech-savvy sourcing Ninja: Use your knowledge of ML/AI and data science to identify the best candidates. Employ cutting-edge headhunting strategies on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage with top talent, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Continuous Network Identification: Continuously identify and develop a network of freelancers and sources in the US and India to meet our ongoing hiring requests for our Subject Matter Expert requirements.
  • Quarterly Hiring Planning: Plan and set hiring delivery targets for US instructor hiring each quarter. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline the process.
  • Process Innovation: Identify new processes and channels to accelerate the identification and fulfillment of quality instructor requirements.


Requirements:


  • Proven Experience: 5-8 years of tech recruitment experience, specializing in AI/ML and data science roles.
  • Leadership Skills: A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing recruitment teams, both in-house and freelance.
  • Sales Persona: Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with a knack for selling the value of our platform to potential mentors.
  • Industry Insight: A strong background in hiring for product-tech firms, with a keen understanding of industry nuances.
  • Tech Enthusiasm: A passion for all things tech, especially AI/ML.
  • Flexibility: While this role isn't on US shifts, some overlap with US timelines will be necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Hiring Delivery Management: Proven track record in planning, managing, and delivering on hiring targets and timelines.
