Creative Manager

Role -

This role involves overseeing design projects, guiding the creative process, and ensuring that all visual assets meet high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the visual design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality design work.
• Define and uphold design standards and best practices across all visual projects.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage design workflows and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Creative Direction:

• Develop and communicate creative concepts and design strategies that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to create cohesive design solutions.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure that all visual design work maintains consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Update and refine brand guidelines as necessary to reflect evolving design trends and business needs.

Design Execution:

• Direct and participate in the creation of visual assets, including digital and print materials, user interfaces, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee the design of websites, applications, and other digital products, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.

Innovation and Trends:

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative ideas into the design process.
• Evaluate and implement new design techniques and tools to enhance the team’s capabilities and output.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and provide feedback on design work to ensure it meets the required quality and performance standards.
• Conduct design reviews and user testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster a collaborative environment within the design team and with other departments.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

You have:

• Strong sense of ideation
• 6-9 years of experience in visual design space
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar software.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Have less than ~ 6-9 years of work experience.
• Have not managed teams before.
