Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a diverse set of experiences, ideally from a large-scale startup environment, rather than a corporate background. The ideal candidate will have managed a comprehensive portfolio of marketing initiatives, demonstrating their adaptability and strategic capability in dynamic environments. You will join a company equipped with robust systems and partnerships, and your role will be to centrally orchestrate all marketing initiatives, aligning them with our brand-building efforts across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & ICP Development: Continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Value Proposition.
  • Content & SEO Management: Lead content creation and SEO strategies.
  • SEA Management: Implement and optimize PPC campaigns, manage ad spend, and analyze performance.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts, crafting engagement strategies.
  • Outreach Strategy: Setup and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Technical Campaign Support: Oversee technical aspects of all campaigns across channels, including the use of no-code automation tools.
  • Lead Generation: Develop tactics for MQL generation, aligning with sales processes.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics tools for performance improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and IT teams for strategic alignment.

Requirements & Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in B2B and outreach campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in email systems, campaign setup, and no-code marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and leveraging analytics tools for data-driven optimization.
  • Proficient in blog marketing and content creation to enhance domain authority and drive organic traffic.
  • Proficient in A/B testing and deriving actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Familiarity with analytics and conversion optimization tools like Hotjar and LogRocket.
  • Experience with brand building and adhering to CI guidelines.
  • Ability to manage technical aspects of campaigns and partnerships.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
