Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and be responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of Microsoft Intune within our multiple customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device and app management.
• Develop and maintain policies for device and application management.
• Support the integration of Intune with other Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues (Incident and Service Request)
• Document processes and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT administration, with a focus on Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Experience in implementing security policies and management solutions for devices.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Team-oriented work style and high level of commitment.
• C1 or native in English

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Specific training on Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Training on IT security standards and best practices.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or equivalent certifications.
