What You’ll Be Doing

Imagine a role where you are responsible for building banking experiences for a digital bank!  As part of the Simplii Digital team within the Simplii Financial organization, you will work alongside Simplii’s Digital technology delivery team to build enhancements and deliver a best in class digital customer experience for the Simplii online and mobile banking platforms. 

As a Digital Analytics Consultant, reporting into Director of Digital Analytics, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Adobe and Google Analytics frameworks for Digital Strategy initiatives and Digital Marketing campaigns. You will provide tactical insight, consultation and support to Digital programs and initiatives, and drive its reporting and enablement leveraging tools such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Tableau. You will also lead efforts to stay abreast of Digital Analytics best practices and proactively drive the implementation and reporting of these best practices, in collaboration with various cross functional teams (ie. Sales, IT, Product, etc.).

How You'll Succeed

  • Insights/Reporting: Creating detailed and actionable reports for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations (Product Performance/Campaign Performance)
  • Technical Integration: Supporting the implementation, and use of digital analytics tools and platforms (ie. Adobe Launch, Marketing Pixels, etc.)
  • Stakeholder Management: Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that digital KPI’s are effectively measured and reported against. Work collaboratively with teams across Simplii and Digital Analytics, Sales, Strategy and Technology to ensure timely and end to end enablement of marketing and technology initiatives across a wide array of enterprise platforms (.COM, Online Banking, Mobile Banking ect.)
  • Compliance and Data Governance: Ensuring that all digital analytics practices comply with relevant data privacy laws and organizational policies
  • Optimization & Strategy: Continuously monitor digital performance, analyze and translate raw data from a variety of sources and make recommendations for optimization and improvement. You'll create and manage KPI reporting dashboards. Drive, manage and execute Digital Analytics initiatives, and realize efficiencies by leveraging existing Digital Analytics integrations as well as providing recommendations and best practices for new integrations.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics or in a similar role. Driven to learn, research, and improve analytics skillset. Strong proficiency with Adobe Launch is preferred. Working in a financial institution is an asset.
  • You have a degree in mathematics, statistics or an analysis-driven discipline.
  • You're digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends. You have experience in JavaScript coding/debugging and experience with designing Digital Analytics solutions for Singe Page Application Frameworks and Mobile App. Experience with ObservePoint is an asset.
