Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The speech-language pathologist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. In this role, you will perform patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Education/Accreditation/Licensure (required & preferred):

  • Licensed or eligible in Kentucky
  • Master’s or Doctorate of Speech-Language Pathology degree
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in the process of pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY-SLP)

 

Certification:

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate of Speech-Language Pathology degree
